Call our office on 028 9034 3665 and choose a time and date that suits you. We can also attend on evenings to accommodate people working during the day. Once your appointment is arranged, you will receive a notification of the time and date agreed.
Paul will attend on the agreed time and date - he will survey your property and recommend a system and boiler that would be ideal for your property. He can also answer any questions that you may have. From there, he will send you a quote within 5 minutes of leaving your property with all of the agreed specifications. Your free survey quotation can take up 60 minutes.
If you decide to accept our quotation, we can arrange a booking date for you. But there are a few things we need to know before we can arrange a date:
• What is your gas meter date?
• Have you applied for a boiler replacement grant?
• Have you applied for the Affordable Warmth Grant?
• Are you applying for 0% finance?
If you have a meter date, we will schedule your installation for 7 days after the meter date. We will be in your property for 2 full days to allow the work to be completed to the required standard.
If you have been accepted for a boiler replacement grant, we would need a copy of the approval pack, so that we can claim the amount awarded back for you. This will save you having to pay us the money for the amount awarded. We can also complete the building control application for you too.
If you have been accepted for the Affordable Warmth grant, we can claim back the entire amount awarded, which means you would not have to pay a penny. Just like the boiler replacement grant work, we can also complete the building control application for you too.
If you are interested in the 0% finance option, we can complete a credit check for you within 5 minutes and you will get an answer straight away. The 0% finance option is only available for oil to gas conversions. However, finance is available at 14.9% for boiler replacements.
Once we have all the information needed, we will arrange a booking date for you. Our team of engineers will arrive at 8.30 on the morning that the work is scheduled to begin. Our team leader will have a job sheet with the specification of the work agreed and will talk this through with you so that you are reminded of the work being carried out.
Upon arrival at 8.30 am, the team will begin by laying down their dust sheets and covering the affected areas as much as possible. They will also walk you through the work again to ensure that you are happy with what's to be carried out.
On completion of the job, we would like you to be in the property so that the engineer can walk you through the completed work and check that you are happy with what's been done. Once you are happy with the work, we will issue you all the relevant paperwork and complete your warranty. We are an accredited installer for all the boilers that we fit, so we can arrange any warranty calls if needed (which means less time on the phone for you and hopefully less stress as well).
If you have been accepted for any grants or have applied for finance, we will arrange for the following:
A survey engineer to attend your property so as to complete the required forms (or you can come to our office to do this if that's a better option for you).
We then arrange for the Building Control survey engineer to attend your property so that they can complete their checks.
Building Control will then issue a certificate. Once we receive this, we can submit the approval pack and claim back the awarded amount for you. We will look after everything and ensure that the process is as efficient and stress-free as possible!
